Monthly Subscription Information

All monthly subscriptions MUST be paid by the 5th of every month

If paid between the 6th and 10th of the month an additional $75 late fee will be added

If payment is not made, your subscription will automatically be cancelled on the 11th of the month

You will be responsible and billed for any scheduled appointments prior to cancellation of subscription, regardless of attendance, at the regular pay-as-you-go 60 minute rate and all future appointments will be canceled.

Any fees owed must be paid prior to reinstatement of monthly subscription

Individual Monthly Subscriptions are eligible for a 15% discount per month if one of the following applies to you or your spouse:

Military (Active/Retired)

First Responders (Police, Fire, EMS, Dispatchers, etc.)

Helpers (Educators, Funeral Directors, Nurses/Med Techs, etc.)

Blue Collar Tradesmen (Electrician, HVAC, Welder, Plumber, etc.)

Service Industry (Food Service, Retail, etc.)

Current College Students-up to one-year post-graduation

Individual Monthly Subscriptions are also eligible for a one-time referral discount of 20% off your next monthly subscription following your referral’s successful engagement. Each successful referral will be eligible for the referral discount; however, referral discounts cannot be combined with other discounts. The discount that is most beneficial for you will be the one utilized. For example, if you refer someone who completes an appointment while you already utilize a 15% discount on your monthly subscription, the month following your referral’s successful engagement you will receive the 20% referral discount in lieu of your regular 15% discount, which will automatically resume the following month.
Tier 1
• 60 Minute Appointments
• Secures consistent appointment day and time
• No additional charge for guests (including spouses, partners, friends, family members, etc.)
• No additional charge for temporary increase in frequency of services (up to a month of increase in frequency)
• Any appointment canceled by the client with at least 24 hours notice receives priority reschedules
• Any appointment canceled by the client within 24 hours notice is forfeited.
• Any appointment canceled by client with at least 24 hrs notice or canceled by consultant will be rescheduled within the same month, can be rolled-over to the following month, or donated to another client of either client or consultant's choosing
Tier 2
• 60 Minute Appointments
• Secures consistent appointment day and time
• Additional $20 per guest/per session
• Any increase in frequency will require subscription change
• Any appointment canceled by client with at least 24 hrs notice will be available for reschedule as consultant's schedule allows. If a reschedule is not available, appointment will be forfeited.
• Any appointment canceled by client within 24 hrs of appointmet time will be forfeited.
• Any appointment canceled by consultant will be rescheduled at consultant's convenience

Terms and Conditions

WTF Consulting offers multiple discount opportunities for individual monthly subscriptions to keep services both affordable and attainable, however only ONE discount can be used per month.

If you are eligible for both a referral and other discounts, the larger discount will be applied.

Family Subscriptions are available for two adults in the same home that engage in Consulting Services, the appointments can be divided as needed between family members.

Additional discounts cannot be applied to the Family Subscription Package nor can any additional discounts be applied to the Sliding-Scale Subscription Package as those monthly fees are already discounted.

Either party may terminate services.

The Consultant reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time while the Consultee must provide 14-day notice to terminate Monthly Subscription Services. Failure to provide Consultant with a 14-day notice by Consultee will result in continuing charges, whether services are utilized or not.
